What to expect:
- Exploratory phone contact
- Initial appointment to assess needs and discuss ideas and budget
- Landscape Consultation Fee of $150.00 may be charged
- Present plan or concept and budget
- Accept or revise plan
- Sign proposal and review project outline and terms
- Procure materials for job
- Call from Operations to schedule start date
- Trained Foreman and Crew assigned to your project
- Final detailed walk-through with checklist after completion; Client is encouraged to attend
- Billed upon completion
- Comment card sent - "Did we meet your expectations?"
- Warranty initiated upon payment within terms
